Redwood City Council unanimously approved 2300 Broadway and 609 Price Avenue to advance through the Gatekeeper process and begin site specific entitlement efforts, due to their overall program and public benefits proposal.

Gatekeeper Approval

On March 3rd, the Project Team, comprised of Tishman Speyer (developer), WRNS Studio (architect) and GLS Landscape (Landscape Architect) submitted an initial application for 2300 Broadway/

Planning Application Submission

Beginning in fall 2021, the project team will launch a series of on-site and online outreach events, to gain resident's feedback  on the overall project, its design, and its public open spaces.

Public Input & Design Evolution

The proposed project is estimated to come before Redwood City's Planning Commission and City Council in early 2023
